- Facilitating Casework and ongoing treatment planning with your allocated client base
- Using strategies to challenge stigma and discrimination in all aspects of care delivery
- Coordinating with referral agencies, peers and other medical staff in relation to client health status and recovery needs
- Facilitating structured group sessions for clients engaged in all stages of the programme
- Recording case notes in a detailed and easy to understand format
