The key deliverables...
 
You will ultimately be responsible for providing integrated are for individuals who are experiencing co-existing issues with addictions and mental health. This will include:
 

• Facilitating Casework and ongoing treatment planning with your allocated client base
• Using strategies to challenge stigma and discrimination in all aspects of care delivery
• Coordinating with referral agencies, peers and other medical staff in relation to client health status and recovery needs
• Facilitating structured group sessions for clients engaged in all stages of the programme
• Recording case notes in a detailed and easy to understand format

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of cross-cultural perspectives. They will hold an active DAPAANZ registration and will demonstrate a clear commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of addiction studies. Additionally, you will be a strong team player who is open to sharing information, ideas, and effective practices while upholding client and service privacy and confidentiality.
