We’re looking for a skilled Structural Steel Leading Hand to take charge in Wellington. This role is perfect for a trade-qualified professional with extensive steel erection experience and a knack for site leadership.

🔧 Key Duties:

• Oversee and guide steel erection crews and site staff
• Uphold strict health and safety standards 🦺
• Ensure work quality aligns with project specifications
• Efficiently manage materials, tools, and site resources
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges to keep operations seamless
• Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Deliver projects on schedule and within scope

📋 What You Bring:

• Trade qualification in steel erection or rigging
• Proven track record in structural steel erection and team supervision
• Deep understanding of site safety regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
