Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote surgical specialty products to hospitals, surgery centres, clinics, and physician offices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Delivering expert post-sale support to ensure lasting satisfaction
  • Driving sales growth through strategy, insight, and hustle
  • Staying sharp on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Attending training, meetings, and supporting new team members

What you will need to be successful:
  • Proven sales success, medical, surgical, or clinical experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to interact with diverse healthcare professionals.
  • Top-notch communication and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mentality with excellent territory management
  • Detail-driven with strong organisation and forecasting ability
  • Willing to travel and go the extra mile
