About the Role
Your title within the company would be a Recruitment Coordinator and your main focus will be supporting the consultants with day to day recruitment support. We are looking for a fresh, fabulous candidate for this is a fast paced and exciting junior role. You will be the consultants backbone and will be supporting them through end to end recruitment processes from helping to fill urgent temp assignments, to writing ads, screening applications etc.
This role is central and essential to the business. Daily you could expect to be:
- Writing and posting ads
- Screening candidates and booking them for interviews
- Conducting interviews
- Maintaining candidates in the database
- Answering the mainline
- Conducting references and background checks
- Other ad hoc tasks
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable, down to earth, and able to work well under pressure and with all types of personalities. You'll need to be able to think fast and work fast and will have initiative by the bucketloads. You must have a knack for chatting to and reading people as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
