We are now looking for a Client Manager to join our Dunedin team – someone who is driven, relationship-focused, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. 
 
The position

• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide expert guidance on trusts, estates, wills, and enduring powers of attorney.
• Collaborate with legal, investment, and philanthropy teams to deliver holistic client solutions. 
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and build long-term trust. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and uphold our high standards of fiduciary responsibility. 

Your experience 

• Experience in client relationship management, ideally within financial services, legal, or professional advisory sectors. 
• A genuine interest in helping people plan for the future. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. 
• A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
