Kaiārahi Tīma Whānau Ora / Team Lead Family Health
Job description
What if your next role helped shift health outcomes for whānau across Aotearoa — for good?
We’re looking for a dynamic, people-first leader to guide a passionate team of kaimahi in the heart of our hapori. As Kaiārahi Tīma Whānau Ora (Team Leader Healthy Families), you’ll be at the forefront of empowering whānau, shaping health services, and building trusted relationships with iwi, hapū, Pasifika, and wider community groups. If you're driven by kaupapa Māori values, skilled at whakawhanaungatanga, and keen to turn big ideas into action — this is your calling.
What You'll Do
About You
What Makes This Role Special?
In this role, you’ll be leading work that truly matters — making a tangible difference for Māori, Pasifika, and other communities across Te Whanganui-a-Tara. No two days are the same; one moment you might be at a hui with local hapori leaders, the next you’re mentoring kaimahi or co-creating new health initiatives. You’ll be part of a passionate, friendly team that values aroha, equity, and authenticity, all while helping to shape a future where every whānau has the support and information they need to live well.
Ready to step into a role that blends leadership, kaupapa Māori, and community transformation?
Come be part of something bigger — where your mahi lifts lives!
