  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.

The Role
  • This temp opportunity of Service Team Facilitator has a certain amount of Human Resources and Recruitment administration associated with it.
  • An important facilitation type role looking after a team ie of Service Coordinators
  • Required on an ongoing basis for now (ie no end date) and if later interested in a permanent role, this is also possible (a separate application)
  • Checking set weekly reports, identifying areas for follow up and reminding the clinical team; highlighting items overdue
  • Recruitment processes which involves: reviewing candidates, booking interviews/rooms, scanning documents and passing on induction materials
  • Liaising with P & C at H/O to support processes
  • Training & eLearning Modules, booking and reminding Mentors
  • Correspondence, follow up to keep things ‘moving along’ 
  • Learning Reporting function using Excel and Sharepoint for tracking (easy))
You
  • You will be a strong very computer savvy Administrator, independent who can liaise with your team, book them in to eg trainings, a can – do’ attitude
  • Confident communication skills and office administration experience (no accounts)
  • MS suite, experience and accuracy with this set of tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • An interest in people in the community, as a social services environment
  • Will have excellent references and be able to commit to this pivotal role
  • NOTE a Ministry of Justice check will be undertaken
Offer
  • $29-30/hour total (includes holiday pay)
  • Start week of 21st July or the following Monday for 1-2 week handover
  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm
