About the Opportunity
- Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist, Medical Secretary/Administrator, Scheduler/Bookings, or Ward Clerk looking for flexible and rewarding temporary roles?
- Kinetic Recruitment’s medical division are currently seeking skilled and reliable Medical Administration Temps to join their candidate pool for current and upcoming short- and long-term assignments across a range of healthcare settings.
- We work with a wide variety of private healthcare providers – private Hospitals, Radiology clinics, Surgeons and their Specialist clinics who rely on us for temporary staffing solutions – and we want to hear from you!
- Front desk reception and patient check-in/check-out
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Processing referrals and medical documentation
- Data entry and patient record management
- Billing, invoicing, and Insurance claiming
- Providing general administrative support to clinical teams
- We’re only looking for candidates with previous experience with patients in a medical setting (apologies, but not ex-Dental)
- Proficiency in patient medical software systems (e.g. Incisive, Best Practice, Comrad, Medtech or similar)
- Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to new environments quickly
- Excellent references, and a current Police Check may be required
