About the Opportunity
  • Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist, Medical Secretary/Administrator, Scheduler/Bookings, or Ward Clerk looking for flexible and rewarding temporary roles?
  • Kinetic Recruitment’s medical division are currently seeking skilled and reliable Medical Administration Temps to join their candidate pool for current and upcoming short- and long-term assignments across a range of healthcare settings.
  • We work with a wide variety of private healthcare providers – private Hospitals, Radiology clinics, Surgeons and their Specialist clinics who rely on us for temporary staffing solutions – and we want to hear from you!
Tasks may include:
  • Front desk reception and patient check-in/check-out
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Processing referrals and medical documentation
  • Data entry and patient record management
  • Billing, invoicing, and Insurance claiming
  • Providing general administrative support to clinical teams
About You:
  • We’re only looking for candidates with previous experience with patients in a medical setting (apologies, but not ex-Dental)
  • Proficiency in patient medical software systems (e.g. Incisive, Best Practice, Comrad, Medtech or similar)
  • Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to new environments quickly
  • Excellent references, and a current Police Check may be required
