Located on Auckland’s North Shore, this practice is seeking a dedicated Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional patient care and thrive within a vibrant team!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse MSK caseload, including private and ACC cases, with a focus on achieving outstanding patient outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs, combining manual therapy, tailored exercises, and load management
- Document accurately and efficiently using Gensolve, ensuring timely notes and ACC claims submissions
- Collaborate with GPs, specialists, coaches, and clients to ensure seamless care and communication
- Lead or contribute to specialty streams such as knee/hip, TMJ, concussion/vestibular, return-to-sport, Pilates, or strength & conditioning
- Participate in weekly in-service training, case reviews, and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Current NZ Physiotherapy Board registration with an active APC
- Proven private practice MSK experience at a senior level or solid foundation with a growth mindset
- Confident in identifying red flags and making appropriate referrals
- Exceptional communication skills with a patient-centered, culturally safe approach
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Gensolve, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets
- Legal right to work in New Zealand; work visa support available for strong candidates
- Additional skills in dry needling/IMS, Pilates, concussion/vestibular, TMJ, or sports coverage
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Special interests or advanced training in areas such as women's health, persistent pain, or functional rehab
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical MSK experience in private practice or equivalent setting
- Availability for full-time or part-time work within flexible FTE arrangements (0.8–1.0)
- Ability to work Mon–Fri during clinic hours (7:00 am – 7:30 pm), with no weekends
- A passion for continuous learning, professional growth, and providing patient-first care
