Are you passionate about providing crucial support to those navigating challenging times? Our client is seeking a dedicated Supportive Care Administrator to join their team in Grafton. As a Supportive Care Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of support services to our clients. Reporting to the Supportive Care Manager, you'll collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to uphold our commitment to exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be co-ordinating administrative functions, supporting staff, assisting in programme delivery, resource management, record keeping and supporting communication.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases.
  • Previous experience in client service and administration, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
