We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Territory Sales Support to join our South Auckland team. What you’ll do
- Be the go-to support for Territory Managers across customer enquiries, appraisals, and contracts
- Build and qualify leads, maintain accounts, and follow up with customers to keep opportunities moving
- Make outbound calls to spark interest and uncover new business
- Help with proposals, reports, and the finer details that keep deals on track
- Get involved in trade shows and sale-day events
- Keep customer data up to date and accurate
- Champion a positive, safety-first culture in everything you do
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (CRM or Oracle experience a bonus)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- A full, clean driver’s licence and valid passport
- Previous sales, customer service, or account support experience is ideal — but the right attitude is what counts most
