Job description

Are you a super-organised admin superstar who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented admin professional to join their friendly operations team on a temporary assignment.
This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of training delivery and competency management services - perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment.
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Reconciling NZQA and training certificates against work task requirements to ensure timely processing of new employee training needs.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing general administrative tasks such as preparing training materials, greeting clients, and being the first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Supporting team operations with coordination, record keeping, and communication.
 
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • 2–3 years’ admin experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
  • Previous exposure to NZQA processes or training administration would be advantageous.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week in the office.
  • Eligible to work in NZ
