We’re after a switched-on, down-to-earth Territory Sales Support person to join a well-known player in the heavy equipment and machinery game. You’ll be the right-hand to the Territory Manager, keeping the wheels turning across everything from customer enquiries to contracts and sale-day support.
This role has plenty of variety — one day you’ll be helping a customer with a deal, the next you’ll be supporting a trade event or chasing up a hot lead. If you’re the kind of person who likes getting stuck in and building strong relationships, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing
- Talking to customers — in person and over the phone — and helping them with quotes, contracts, and follow-ups
- Supporting Territory Managers with new leads, account management, and admin that keeps sales moving
- Keeping customer info up to date and accurate
- Coordinating between the sales team, customers, and head office
- Helping out with sale-day duties and trade shows
- Making sure health and safety always come first

You’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, account management or customer support
- Top-notch communication and relationship skills
- Solid computer skills and comfort using CRMs or Microsoft Office
- A clean driver’s licence and valid passport
- A proactive attitude and the confidence to pick up the phone and get things done
