Teritary Sales Support

Job description

If you love being out and about, talking to people, and making things happen — this could be a great next step for you.

We’re after a switched-on, down-to-earth Territory Sales Support person to join a well-known player in the heavy equipment and machinery game. You’ll be the right-hand to the Territory Manager, keeping the wheels turning across everything from customer enquiries to contracts and sale-day support.

This role has plenty of variety — one day you’ll be helping a customer with a deal, the next you’ll be supporting a trade event or chasing up a hot lead. If you’re the kind of person who likes getting stuck in and building strong relationships, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing
  • Talking to customers — in person and over the phone — and helping them with quotes, contracts, and follow-ups
  • Supporting Territory Managers with new leads, account management, and admin that keeps sales moving
  • Keeping customer info up to date and accurate
  • Coordinating between the sales team, customers, and head office
  • Helping out with sale-day duties and trade shows
  • Making sure health and safety always come first
What we’re looking for
You’ll have a natural way with people and a genuine interest in sales. You don’t need to be a machinery expert — we can teach you that — but you do need to be motivated, organised, and hungry to learn.
You’ll bring:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales, account management or customer support
  • Top-notch communication and relationship skills
  • Solid computer skills and comfort using CRMs or Microsoft Office
  • A clean driver’s licence and valid passport
  • A proactive attitude and the confidence to pick up the phone and get things done
A business or sales qualification would be a bonus, but what matters most is your drive and your people skills.

Why you’ll love it
  • Be part of a trusted, global brand with strong local roots
  • Learn from experienced sales leaders and take real steps towards a Territory Manager role
  • Supportive, genuine team culture — no egos, just good people
  • Plenty of variety, autonomy, and opportunities to grow
  • Competitive salary and career development on offer

If you’re a people person who loves sales, loves variety, and wants to grow your career in a supportive, well-established business — we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and take your next step in the world of sales.
